Exotic animals

Whilst the Reception and class 2 children were off sunning themselves at the Yorkshire Wildlife Park, the pre-school welcomed Tony Butler and his exotic animals to school. He brought a variety of animals to show us including a barn owl, millipede, tranantula and boa constrictor. We all got the chance to touch and hold the animals - some of us were braver than others (some of the adults didn't like the snake did they, Miss Graygoose?). The children loved feeling the different textures of the skin and feathers. Here are some of the photos:
